Stephania Wong Kaneda, CPA

Stephania's experience includes over two decades in accounting and finance in North America and Asia. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Operations Research and is IDeAs' financial guru. Her experience includes positions as the head of finance in both consulting and construction firms. She also sits on the curriculum advisory committee for the Cupertino Language Immersion Program.

In addition to managing the firm's financial operations, her responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, and strategic planning. She has been described by her peers as "gifted" in her financial analysis skills and brings a distinctly non-engineering point of view to the table.
